Supporting Mothers of Premature Babies
Every November, during Prematurity Awareness Month, FlocareBeauty donates a portion of sales to support mothers with premature babies. We visit hospitals to deliver care packages with skincare products and essentials, while educating mothers on gentle, natural skincare for themselves and their babies.

Empowering Women Through Skills Training
We provide free shea-based product formulation training for young women in low-income communities. Participants learn to create marketable soaps, butters, and balms. We give them both the skills and materials to start small businesses and build financial independence.

Local sourcing + free business training
FlocareBeauty sources shea butter, coconut oil, baobab oil, and African black soap directly from women processors across Ghana. Alongside fair trade partnerships, we offer free business and process improvement training to help these women strengthen their operations and sustain quality production.
